Mike Kelly

Mike "King" Kelly enjoyed a 16-year Hall-of-Fame career (1878-1893). In addition to regularly being among the league leaders in offensive categories, he was also an outstanding fielder. He finished his career with a lifetime .308 batting average, was a two time batting champion, and a three time runs-scored champion. Kelly was an incredibly popular player with a very charismatic persona. He is one of the most celebrated of the 19th century players.

This is definitely a premium quality example for the grade. It has outstanding centering, extremely strong corners, a magnificent boldly colored image of Kelly, and an absolutely pristine satiny surface. Easily could've been graded 8.5
